Bush Helps Osama's Nuke Program
USA Today reports Bush's invading Iraq with insufficient forces allowed parties unknown to loot Iraq's "dual use" factory equipment sites.

The reports found that several sites with so-called dual-use equipment — machinery that can be used in civilian manufacturing or a nuclear weapons program — were stripped clean before U.S. forces secured them.
Among the missing equipment: "flow forming" machines for shaping metal tubes such as missile bodies or uranium centrifuge drums; milling and metal-turning machines; electron-beam welders useful for making centrifuges; and precision measuring devices.
...
The IAEA report is potentially embarrassing to the administration because it highlights consequences of the failure by U.S. troops to immediately secure sensitive sites in Iraq after the invasion.
