Another Crack in the Reagan Evil Alliance
Ronald "The Great Prevaricator" Reagan's carefully-crafted alliance between big business' money and the Religious Right's grassroots organizers is showing another crack:

With increasing vigor, evangelical groups that are part of the base of conservative support for leading Republicans are campaigning for laws that would reduce carbon dioxide emissions, which scientists have linked with global warming.Looks like another possible wedge issue, especially in areas routinely threatened by hurricanes and tornados. When you're worried about your house getting washed away due to rising sea levels and hurricanes strengthened by global warming, it's harder to spare the time to regulate other people's personal lives...
